Appendix 2: Activities rewarded in the Loyalty Program

1. The loyalty program members are rewarded for the following activities:
   1. Enrolling in the loyalty program – 500 pts.
   2. Purchase of services (transaction) – For every د.إ1.00 spent on the purchase of services, the loyalty program member will receive 1 pt.. The standard accrual rate for the purchase of services: د.إ1.00 = 1 pt.. Exceptions to the standard accrual rate have been listed in Appendix 4.
   3. Purchase of products (transaction) – For every د.إ1.00 spent on the purchase of products, the loyalty program member will receive 1 pt.. The standard accrual rate for the purchase of services: د.إ1.00 = 1 pt.. Exceptions to the standard accrual rate have been listed in Appendix 4.
